ORDERING
Buyer shall purchase products by issuing offers as issued by an authorized representative, indicating specific Products, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instructions, ship-to addresses, tax exempt certifications, if applicable, and any other special instructions. Any contingencies contained on such order are not binding upon Green Parts Electronics. Green Parts Electronic will accept or reject orders according to its then-current process.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping dates will be established by Green Parts Electronic upon receipt of orders from Buyer.
Risk of loss and title shall pass from Green Parts Electronic to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier or Buyer's. Delivery shall be deemed made upon transfer of possession to the carrier. Buyer shall be responsible for all freight, handling, customs charges and insurance charges. In no event shall Green Parts Electronic have any liability in connection with shipment, nor shall the carrier be deemed to be an agent of Green Parts Electronic. Green Parts Electronics hall not be liable for damage or penalty for delay in delivery or for failure to give notice of any delay.
Unless given written instruction, Green Parts Electronic has no obligation to pay the order’s shipping fee. Buyer should show the Carrier and Shipping account to Green Parts Electronic.
All products are shipped with accord with customers’ purchase order. Because our warehouse is a bit far from town, so, the tracking information will be only updated online after 24hours when you get the tracking no. You could trace it by the following links.
To be convenient clear custom, we are usually making the value of shipping invoice under $700.00.If there are any inconvenience by your side, please let us know, we will cooperate with you for doing some adjustment.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise specified, prices for products are quoted in US dollars.
All stated prices are exclusive of any taxes, fees and duties or other amounts, however designated, and including without limitation, value added and withholding taxes which are levied or based upon such charges, or upon this Agreement. Any taxes or customs charges related to products purchased or licensed pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid by Buyer, or Buyer shall present an exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities. Applicable taxes shall be billed as a separate item on the invoice, to the extent possible.
All payments shall be made as the agreement by faxing a TT receipt to Green Parts Electronic.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Green Parts Electronic warrants the form, fit, and function for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of order product arrive to buyers.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect and test all products received from Green Parts Electronic immediately upon receipt and promptly notify Green Parts Electronic of problems. Defective parts will be handled in accordance with Green Parts's Warranty and Return Policy as stated in the Buyer Agreement.
In all cases where a product is returned, Buyer shall submit Green Parts Electronic by official written file stating the return reason.
For asking RMA, Buyer is responsible for offering the followings:
Formal testing report authorized by authoritative organization or The official written file stating the return reason including description of the failure
Each request for an RMA number must specify the number, type, qty, Date code and serial number, lot no.
Each request for an RMA number must emailing us a picture of the parts for making sure buyer do not confuse with others parts.
Green Parts offers 5 days visual inspection to buyers. It’s buyer’s responsibility to check the parts immediately once receipt.
Buyer should pay the shipping cost to return the parts.
Buyer should return of products and send Green Parts tracking no. within five 5 days after getting of RMA.
Green Parts have the following rights to reject offering RMA:
Buyer did not specify the number, type, qty, Date code and serial number, lot no when requesting for RMA.
Buyer are requesting RMA without any reason.
Buyer could not offer the picture to confirm the parts are Green Parts.
Green Parts have no obligation to pay any shipping costs and compensate for the returns.
Once Green Parts got the returns and confirmed the parts are really from us, we will refund the monies at the original purchase price of the product at once.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Green Parts shall have no liability for any claim, suit or proceeding brought against Buyer based on a claim that any Product supplied hereunder infringes any copyright, patent, or other intellectual property right in the China or any other country.
Green Parts has no liability for any claim based upon the combination, operation, or use of any product supplied hereunder with equipment, devices, or software, or for any claim based upon alteration or modification of any product supplied hereunder.
